Day 1

  1. Assistance upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA)
  2. Transfer to Colombo and check in to the hotel
  3. Enjoy a Half-Day Colombo City Tour, visiting Galle Face Green, Independence Square, and shopping malls
  4. Evening: Welcome Dinner at a selected restaurant
  5. Overnight stay in Colombo


Day 2

  1. Breakfast at the hotel
  2. Depart for Bentota
  3. Attend a Full-Day Conference at the hotel’s meeting hall
  4. Afternoon Team-Building Session with leisure activities
  5. Visit Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery for a short Coastal Conservation Experience

  2. Logistics: All private, air-conditioned executive ground transportation as per the itinerary.
  3. Professional Services: Services of a dedicated, English-speaking Corporate MICE Coordinator throughout the 2 days.
  4. Team Activities: All entrance fees and guided costs for the Balapitiya River Safari experience.
  5. Meals: Full Board Basis (1 Breakfast, 2 Lunches, 1 Dinner) including a Gourmet Welcome Dinner.
